Refund policy

Ugly Hound Supply

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Ugly Hound Supply. If something doesn’t work out, we accept returns under the following conditions.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original packaging and tags.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your support email] within 30 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Reason for the return

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
The refund amount will be minus the 10% restocking fee
Processing time is 5–10 business days
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. In these cases, we will cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process.
