  • $8.00 Flat Rate Ground Shipping on all orders under $100

  • Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $100

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time

Orders ship via ground shipping and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • No P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Ugly Hound Supply is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Returns & Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
